Article 1, Section 12.
Health Benefit Plan

The term "Health Benefit Plan" or "Plan" as used herein shall mean the program of health benefits in effect from time to time as adopted or modified by the Trustees pursuant to the Trust Agreement. The Trustees may in their discretion in determining the program of health benefits to be provided distinguish between Writers and Retirees.
