Article 2, Section 6.
Resignations

A Principal or Alternate Trustee may resign and become and remain fully discharged from all further duty or responsibilities hereunder upon giving ten days' notice in writing to the Chairman who shall immediately notify the remaining Trustees and Alternate Trustees. The required notice shall state a date when such resignation shall take effect.
