SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTION
The government requires Health Plans like ours distribute Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD) detailing what a health plan offers every five years. We made our new SPD as helpful as possible, and we made it available online with all kinds of enhancements.
OPIOID ABUSE
Even though the Health Plan cannot offer medical advice, the opioid crisis was and is so critical that we took a look and talked about what the Health Plan can do if you or someone you know needs help with opioid addiction.
BREAST PUMPS AND DME
Thanks to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), breast pumps are classified as Durable medical Equipment (DME) and are covered by the Health Plan, subject to certain limitations.
